An AFP contractor appeared before the ACT Magistrates Court today (10 September 2026).
The AFP contractor was charged by ACT Policing with one count of aggravated recklessly/intentionally inflicting actual bodily harm, contrary to section 23(1) of the Crimes Act 1900 (ACT).
