With a reputation as WA's most awarded real estate office over the last decade—including multiple consecutive years as REIWA's Top Sales Office—The Agency continues to build on its momentum, investing in talent to strengthen its operations in both sales and property management.

Jack Wormington Appointed WA Sales & Performance Manager
In a move to further enhance agent success across WA, The Agency has appointed Jack Wormington as Sales and Performance Manager. Jack brings over 13 years of real estate expertise, including founding two successful agencies, and has received numerous accolades such as REIWA Grand Master status, Top 5 Assisted Agent in WA, and REB's Top 10 Agents in WA.
Jack's role focuses on agent performance coaching, leadership, and business development, helping agents unlock peak performance through mentoring, strategic training and performance insights.
Commenting on the appointments, The Agency WA General Manager Stuart Cox said: "We're incredibly proud of the results we've delivered over the past few years, and these appointments are a key part of building on that success. With a clear growth strategy in place, the calibre of our leadership team provides a strong foundation for our continued expansion throughout WA."
The three high-profile appointments bring over 40 years of combined industry experience to The Agency WA's leadership team, reinforcing the company's strategic intent to scale operations across the state. The appointments also further validate the strength and appeal of The Agency's business model in attracting top talent and delivering strong outcomes.
On a national scale, The Agency's unique model continues to attract top-tier agents. As of January 2025, the group had a footprint of 464 sales agents across six states and territories, including 182 in WA alone. Its direct engagement model—a sharp contrast to traditional franchises—enables the company to respond faster to market movements and better support its agents with minimal overheads.
The result is a business structure that is agile, scalable, and extremely difficult to replicate—offering unparalleled support to its people and consistently strong outcomes for clients.
With a national brand built for today's market and tomorrow's opportunities, The Agency continues to stand apart as one of Australia's most formidable and future-ready real estate groups.
