Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada
The governments of Canada and Manitoba are providing targeted AgriStability enhancements for producers impacted by flooding in June and July 2026.
Producers who missed the June 30th application deadline and are located in municipalities and First Nation communities that have declared a state of emergency due to flooding are eligible for a waiver of 2025 late filing penalties for AgriStability.
The following 55 municipalities and First Nation communities are included in the proactive late filing penalty waiver:
