Alice Springs Sexual Assault: Police Appeal for Information 4 December

Northern Territory Police are calling for information in relation to a sexual assault in Alice Springs this morning.

Just before 9am, an unknown male entered a residential premises along Van Senden Avenue.

The sole occupant, an adult female, was allegedly sexually assaulted by the offender, before fleeing the scene.

Police were deployed to the area and a crime scene declared.

Detectives from the Alice Springs Criminal Investigation Branch are requesting residents to review their CCTV footage for person in the area at the time. Detectives are also seeking dashcam from the vicinity of Larapinta Drive near the intersection with Van Senden Drive between the hours of 8am to 9am.
