Gavin brings more than 15 years' experience in front-end financial restructuring and distressed situations, building the firm's capacity to support clients, including the expanding private capital market, in these complex and evolving areas.
Gavin specialises in financial restructuring and distressed debt situations, including company debt restructures, debt trades and strategic acquisitions and divestments.
The appointment enhances the breadth of Allens' market-leading restructuring capability and reinforces the firm's commitment to delivering commercially-driven, strategic advice across the full spectrum of distressed and special situations.
