Allens has advised Investa Property Group on an $800m capital raising for the Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF), surpassing the initial target of $500m.
ICPF's portfolio includes 15 office assets, including premium buildings such as Deutsche Bank Place, Sydney; 60 Martin Place, Sydney; and 120 Collins Street, Melbourne.
