PLEASE BROADCAST AMBER ALERT TONE AND THIS EXACT MESSAGE AS A MATTER OF EXTREME URGENCY

The Queensland Police Service is seeking urgent public assistance to help locate a 22-month-old boy and a 16-year-old who went missing from Katangi Street, Rasmussen approximately 11 hours ago who may be at significant risk, Queensland Police say.

The two are believed to be in the company of 36-year-old Knomi Joella Cummins (pictured) and maybe travelling in a silver 2002 Holden Commodore sedan (similar pictured) with Queensland registration plate 687-WMU.

The woman is described as Aboriginal in appearance, 170cm tall with black hair and brown eyes.
