Annual review of Allied Health Services Table of Costs for 2021-2022

WorkCover Queensland is commencing the annual review of the Allied Health Services Table of Costs for the 2021-2022 financial year. Associations, providers and key stakeholders are encouraged to provide feedback by 30 April 2021.

The new table of costs will take effect from 1 July 2021.

Our review will include research into fee models that deliver better return to work outcomes for injured workers while balancing costs for employers.

We will also take the opportunity this year to consider how we can simplify our fee model to provide clarity for more accurate billing. This will include reviewing the fee basis and service descriptions for all services, but in particular the following:

  • Travel
  • Communication
  • Hourly consultations.

If you would like to provide any insights or feedback about this review, please do so via the link below before 30 April 2021 to ensure it can be considered in time. You can provide feedback in the 'Comments' field (2000 character limit) or you can upload a file.

The current Allied Health Services Table of Costs are available on our Fees page.
