Appeal for assistance after public place shooting - Kincumber

Police have released images of a vehicle after a shooting on the state's Central Coast last month.

About 5am on Sunday 26 June 2022, police responded to reports of a shooting outside a fast-food outlet on Carrak Road, Kincumber.

Officers from Brisbane Water Police District attended and secured a crime scene which was examined by specialist police.

Police were informed that the occupants of a blue utility - believed to be a Mazda BT50 with a bull bar and spotlights on the front - fired several shots at another vehicle at the location before driving along Willesee Crescent.

There were no reports of injuries.

As inquiries continue Brisbane Water Detectives have realised CCTV images of the Mazada BT50.
