Appeal for assistance to locate missing teen - Bellevue Hill

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Tom Bassett, aged 19, was last seen leaving a unit on Benelong Crescent, Bellevue Hill about 7.30pm last night (Monday 9 January 2023).

When he did not return and could not be located, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.

Tom is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of medium build, between 170-175cm tall, with blue eyes and short blond hair.

He was last seen wearing a dark t-shirt, black board shorts with smiley faces on them, glasses and no shoes.

Tom is known to frequent the Rose Bay and Bellevue Hill areas.
