Appeal for CCTV footage after disappearance of Ju Zhang

Missing Person Squad detectives are appealing for CCTV footage following the disappearance of Epping mother Ju Zhang.

Ju, who is also known as Kelly, was last seen at her home on Winchester Avenue about 5.30pm on Monday, 1 February.

At the time the 33-year-old went missing she was believed to be wearing a pink pyjama top and shorts, no shoes, and had no personal belongings with her apart from her mobile phone.

Detectives are currently in the Epping and Doncaster areas speaking to residents in a bid to gather further information in relation to Ju's disappearance.

Along with this, investigators are appealing for anyone who lives in those areas to check their CCTV footage from the afternoon Ju went missing.

In particular they are looking for any footage which captures a black 2008 Mazda CX9 station wagon, with registration WKE 850, or a white Toyota Land Cruiser.

Both vehicles are believed to have travelled through these areas sometime between 4pm on 1 February and 8am on 2 February.

Ju's disappearance is considered to be extremely out of character and police continue to hold strong concerns for her welfare.

A 35-year-old Doncaster man was arrested by police on Sunday afternoon however he has since been released without charge pending further enquiries.
