Nunawading Highway Patrol officers are appealing for information following a multi-vehicle collision in Glen Waverley last night (21 February).
Investigators have been told a car lost control on the Monash Freeway while braking in traffic about 6pm.
As a result, two other cars which took evasive action to avoid a collision were struck by a truck that was travelling behind them.
The car that originally lost control was also hit by the truck.
A female driver of one of the vehicles was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
No one else was injured during the collision.
