Appeal for e-scooter location, Holland Park

Forensic Crash Unit officers are appealing for assistance to locate a e-scooter removed from the scene of a crash in Holland Park this evening.

Around 6.10pm a woman was travelling south on Seville Road approaching Cradock Street.

Witnesses have said the woman, who was not wearing a helmet, was riding at speed when the e-scooter developed a wobble and the woman has fallen from the scooter.

The rider, a Brisbane woman in her twenties, was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where she remains with critical head injuries.

When police arrived at the scene, the e-scooter had been removed by an unknown person.

Investigators are appealing for anyone who has information in relation to the e-scooter or relevant dashcam vision to contact police.
