Police are appealing for witnesses following a two-car collision in Mildura this afternoon, Victoria Police say.
Investigators have been told a silver Toyota Corolla and white Hyundai Excel collided at the corner of San Mateo Avenue and Fifteenth Street about 2.50pm.
The two occupants in the Corolla were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the Hyundai did not stop at the scene and was later observed driving along Ontario Avenue and Eleventh Street.
Police have since spoken to the driver and are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage, or saw the Hyundai driving prior to or after the incident, to contact Mildura Highway Patrol on 5018 5300.
