Appeal To Identify Woman In State's Central West

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman who may be lost in the state's central west.

About 12:30pm today (Tuesday 30 April 2024) a woman attended a business on Umang Street, Tottenham, and asked for assistance with directions, before leaving.

Police have been told the woman appeared confused and was possibly lost.

When the woman couldn't be located, officers attached to Central West Police District were notified and commenced and investigation to identify and locate the woman.

The woman, referred to herself as Jenny, and is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 150cm tall, medium build, with short grey hair and wearing glasses, a black t-shirt, grey tracksuit pants and blue sneakers.

She was seen driving a small silver hatchback and may be travelling to Uralla from Narromine.

Police are appealing for anyone with information about the woman to contact Central West Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
