Appeal to locate teenage girl missing from Moorebank

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Sydney's south-west.

Sarah Ephraims, aged 15, was last seen leaving a home on Newbridge Road, Moorebank, about 8am on Thursday 2 May 2019.

When she failed to return home after school, officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command were notified and inquiries commenced.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Sarah's welfare.

Sarah is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, of slim build with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white and maroon high school uniform.

Investigators believe Sarah may have travelled to the Wagga Wagga area.
