Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man wanted on an outstanding warrant in the state's far north.
Luke Jones, 28, is wanted by virtue of an outstanding prison warrant and is believed to be in the Mungindi area, near the Queensland border.
Mr Jones is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 170-175cm tall, of a thin build, and with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who sees this man is urged to not to approach him but to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately.
