Recognising excellence in vocational education and training across Western Australia.
Applications are now open for the 32nd WA Training Awards, recognising Western Australia's top apprentices, trainees, vocational students, trainers, employers and training organisations in vocational education and training.
The Awards complement the WA Government's 'You can make it here' campaign, which highlights the world-class training pathways and career opportunities available across WA.
The Awards are proudly delivered by the Department of Training and Workforce Development. Individual winners receive a $3,000 cash prize, and organisational winners are promoted as industry leaders through statewide media and marketing opportunities. Applications close on Friday 10 April 2026, and winners will be announced at a presentation ceremony on Thursday 10 September 2026.
Western Australians can apply across 13 award categories, showcasing excellence, innovation and the vital role skills development plays in WA's growing economy.
