On 30 November 2022, the Honourable Justice Fiona Meagher resigned as President of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). She will continue to serve as a Judge of the Federal Court, now on a full-time basis.
Arrangements have been made for the Honourable Justice Berna Collier to act as President from 1 December 2022. The AAT will continue to deliver independent merits review services with her guidance.
