Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a man in Strathmerton overnight, Victoria Police say.
Investigators have been told a 32-year-old Bearii man was located deceased in Williams Road with suspected stab wounds about 1.40am.
A 46-year-old Strathmerton man was arrested at the scene and is currently being interviewed by police.
