Arrest following public appeal, SA

A man has been arrested after a public appeal in relation to a stolen hot water service, according to SA Police.

At 7.50am on Tuesday 27 December, a man was seen to allegedly enter a building site on Norwich Street and leave with a hot water system.

A person nearby challenged the man and managed to obtain a photo of him as he left on a bicycle.

A call to Crime Stoppers led police to a Richmond address just after midday today. A 36-year-old man from Richmond was arrested and charged with unlawfully on premises, theft and unlawful possession.

He was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 2 March.
