Detectives are investigating a vehicle that was located abandoned and burned on School Road, Capalaba, November 8, Queensland Police say.
Around midnight, police and emergency services were called to attend for a white Hilux utility that was well alight.
Police would like to speak with anyone who may have dash-cam footage of the area at the time or who may have witnessed any suspicious behaviour is urged to contact police.
Investigations are continuing.
