Ashurst advises Aer Soléir in transaction that marks its entrance into Italian market

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Aer Soléir, an Irish wind, solar and energy storage company, in a transaction that marks Aer Soléir's entrance into the Italian clean energy market. 

Aer Soléir has acquired two onshore wind energy projects under development located in the Molise Region, with an overall capacity of approx. 200MW, from Delta Lavori.

The Ashurst team was led by managing partner Carloandrea Meacci and partner Annamaria Pinzuti, supported by associate Federico Piccione on the corporate aspects and for the other due diligence aspects by associate Andrea Enni. Partner Elena Giuffrè and senior associate Gianluca Di Stefano advised on regulatory matters.
