Ashurst Advises ODDO BHF on Gebäudereinigung Baumann Acquisition

Ashurst advised ODDO BHF Private Debt as mandated lead arranger and lender on the provision of a flexible unitranche financing for the add-on acquisition of Gebäudereinigung Daniel Baumann (GDB) to the portfolio platform Dr. Hoffmann Gebäudedienste (Dr. Hoffmann). Dr. Hoffman is part of the portfolio of Beyond Capital Partners. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms and conditions of the financing.

GDB is the leading specialist for professional facility and special cleaning services in Hesse, Germany. The company's broad range of services includes advising commercial customers in all areas of building cleaning and identifying tailor-made solutions for different requirements.

Dr. Hoffmann is a Bavaria-based company that has been in business for more than 30 years and is one of the largest and most well-established facility service providers in Bavaria, Germany. The service company is active in the areas of maintenance cleaning, facility services, provision of service personnel, events and catering, as well as janitorial services.
