Ashurst boosts derivatives practice with new partner

Global law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of Daniel Franks as partner in the Global Markets practice, based in London.

Daniel joins from Norton Rose Fulbright where he has been a partner since 2014. Daniel is a derivatives and structured finance expert, with extensive experience across a broad range of capital markets transactions. He has a particular focus on OTC derivatives, repos, securities lending, structured products and structured finance transactions and advising on collateral, set-off, netting and derivatives enforceability. He is also well-known for his experience in the fintech space, advising on a number of digital assets platforms and financing arrangements.
