Global law firm Ashurst has advised the Water Services Regulation Authority, Ofwat, on the successful signing of the Haweswater Aqueduct Resilience Programme (HARP).
HARP is a landmark project for North West water customers and a pathfinder for the Direct Procurement for Customers (DPC) initiative to deliver major water infrastructure upgrades across England and Wales.
The Ashurst cross-disciplinary team was led by partner Sam Outtridge, with further support from senior consultant Philip Vernon, partners Paddy Boyle, Nicholas Hilder, Neil Cunninghame, Jon Gale, Eleanor Reeves, Edward McNeill, senior associate Heather Shand and associate Hannah Roberts.
