Ashurst, Perkins Coie Advise Harmony on $1.25B Facilities

Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited on a new corporate facility.

The facility was oversubscribed and is provided by a syndicate of 18 banks. It is unsecured, multicurrency, multi-tranche, and comprises USD, ZAR and AUD revolving and term facilities including sustainability and green loans. The total facility amount is approximately US$1.25 billion (subject to exchange rates).
