ASIC will soon be rolling out its updated website with a simplified, streamlined and intuitive interface aimed at improving user experience for the Australian public.

The updated website (asic.gov.au) will go live by Monday 30 June 2025 featuring updated company registration and business names information, enhanced navigation and an improved look and feel to better support the needs of users.

Why is the website being updated?

For millions of people who operate businesses in Australia, ASIC's website provides the gateway to relevant and up-to-date information regarding business registration, accessing information on financial services and regulatory processes.

The website improvements are designed to help people find the right information and perform key tasks more easily, improve search functionality for regulatory resources and forms, and ensure links to key information are accessible via global features.

Other improved website features will include quick and easy access to popular content, featured topics and feedback mechanisms.

The refreshed website is another milestone in ASIC's wider digital transformation journey towards becoming a more efficient, data-informed, and digitally enabled regulator. It demonstrates ASIC's commitment to regulatory simplification with the new website design aiming to streamline and modernise user experience.
