Asphalt works coming up

These works are being rolled out on our road network in Wonthaggi, Inverloch, Woodleigh, Krowera and Grantville.

Renewal of road surfaces ensures that Council’s network is sustainable and can continue to provide appropriate levels of service for road users well into the future.

Council acknowledges that it can be a challenge to deliver the necessary works and not affect road users, especially when much of the work is determined by weather conditions.

It is expected that there will be some delays to traffic while these works are being carried out. Please plan your trip accordingly. In order to minimise disruptions and appropriate traffic control measures will be implemented onsite during these works.

The works will include the use of heavy plant and machinery and noisy works such as profiling and asphalt laying.
