Assault and robbery charges in Boondall, QLD

Police have charged two men following an assault and robbery that occurred last night in Boondall, Queensland Police say.

Around 9.30pm, police will allege that two men entered a house on Landsboro Avenue and threatened a number of people with a knife.

It will be further alleged that an altercation occurred and two men and a woman were assaulted. They were treated for minor injuries.

Two computers, a wallet and a phone were allegedly stolen from the residence, and police took two men into custody a short time later.

A 21-year-old man from Geebung and a 17-year-old man from Deagon have both been charged with one count each of armed robbery, enter premises with intent to commit an indictable offence and assault occasioning bodily harm.

Both men are due to appear in the Pine Rivers Magistrates Court today.
