Westpac app recognised for the third year in a row

Westpac has been recognised as the leading mobile banking app in Australia for the third year in a row, as the bank continues to innovate to support customers.

The recognition comes from The Forrester Digital Experience Review™: Australian Mobile Banking Apps, Q3 2025, which evaluated four major banking apps. In its review, Forrester acknowledged Westpac's innovative features, highlighting its ability to offer personalised, intuitive and secure digital experiences that anticipate customer needs, help to improve financial health and protect against fraud and scams.

Westpac Chief Executive, Consumer, Carolyn McCann said Westpac will continue to invest to provide customers with the best digital banking capabilities.

"We're proud to see our app recognised as the market leader for the third year in a row. We've made great progress for customers, but we're not stopping here," McCann said.

"Our focus is on helping customers manage their money with confidence and ease, and it's fantastic to see so many embracing features in our app like Savings Finder, Bills Calendar and Budget Planner. These tools are helping Australians take greater control of their finances and make more informed decisions every day."
