Get ready outdoor adventure lovers!! The National 4x4 Outdoors Show, Australia's premiere outdoors lifestyle event, is returning to the Melbourne Showgrounds for three big days, from August 19th to 21st.
For over two decades, the National 4x4 Outdoors Show has played host to the biggest names and brands from the great outdoors with this year's show sure to wow the crowds again with an amazing line up of things to do, see and experience.
Bringing together all the top products from the latest in campers, caravans and accessories, outdoor adventure, tourism and apparel, the event will also feature a host of live entertainment and activities, including informative presentations, 4WD demonstrations, a huge range of food and beverages options plus countless interactive displays and competitions.
"We are thrilled to be returning to Melbourne after a two-year hiatus due to COVID interruptions, and with Australia's continuing to look to holiday locally, the timing couldn't be better," said Jon Perry, Event Director.
"A great family day out, the Show has continued to evolve, with a concerted focus on educating and informing visitors, presenting value for both people new to the outdoors world, as well as experienced veterans.
"In addition to the wide range of tips, advice and insider hacks, there will be thousands of the latest products on display, with the usual complement of show-only specials and bargains that will be guaranteed to have you leaving the show fully quipped and ready to experience all that Australia has to offer," Mr Perry said.
Aside from displays from the industry's leading 4x4, caravanning and camping brands, the National 4x4 Outdoors Show, will showcase many interactive areas that have become long-time favourites with show goers Australia wide.
Leading the way will be the much loved, Outback Stage, which will play host to some of the finest and funniest of Australia's off-roading television personalities, including Jase Andrews from All 4 Adventure, Pat Callinan, plus Shaun and Graham from 4WD 24/7.
The Proving Ground is back, allowing visitors to test out the latest and greatest machinery over a variety of terrain types, with the team from Four Wheel Drive Victoria on hand to help with a range of practical tips and tricks.
There will also be plenty of thrills and spills in the Action Arena, with the team from Free Style Now confirmed to take part in what will be an exciting line up.
Learn from the pros and sit in on one of the scheduled Garage Talk sessions to get the low-down on all the key essentials for 4WDriving including trip preparation, towing, safety, electronics, and more.
The National 4x4 Outdoors Show will also play host to the newly named Custom Plates Show N Shine competition, with cash prizes and bragging rights on the line. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their pride and joy with a great mix of rigs both, old and new all expected to participate.
To assist in organising your day at the 4x4 Show, the interactive website features an easy-to-use search function, plus the ability to create a wish list of the various guest speakers, presentations, and activities you would like to see, ensuring you don't miss a thing. A handy map is also featured on the website, identifying all of the key exhibition buildings, plus specialist themed areas and attractions.
Tickets for the National 4x4 Outdoors Show are available online. Adult tickets are $24 with children under 16 years admitted free by pre-registration. Two-day bundles and three-day passes are also available.
