MINOR FLOODING NO LONGER OCCURRING AT DALY RIVER POLICE STATION

Along the Daly River at the Daly River Police Station, river levels fell below the minor flood level Thursday evening. Minor flooding is no longer occurring.

Showers are forecast for the next few days, however further flooding is not expected.

Lower Daly River:

Minor flooding is no longer occurring along the Daly River at Daly River Police Station, with elevated river levels continuing to ease upstream at Beeboom Crossing, Gourley and Mount Nancar.

The Daly River at Daly River Police Station is currently at 12.38 m and falling, below the minor flood level. The Daly River at Daly River Police Station is likely to remain below the minor flood level (12.60 m).
