Weather Situation:
A very moist airmass and weak convergence in the western Top End is driving shower and thunderstorm activity with the risk of heavy falls.
VERY DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORMS are likely to produce heavy, locally intense rainfall that may lead to dangerous and life-threatening flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours.
Locations which may be affected include Pine Creek and Kakadu National Park south of Cooinda.
