Greater Shepparton City Council would like to thank residents for their cooperation during the Balaclava/Verney Road intersection works.
Over the past weeks installation of the new water mains was completed and Council's contractors are working with Goulburn Valley Water to coordinate decommissioning of the old water main and switching over to the new water mains.
Three switch overs have already been completed with three more to be completed by the end of May. Goulburn Valley Water will contact the affected properties directly in accordance with their usual works practice.
The additional water mains replacement on Balaclava and New Dookie Roads tenders will be advertised in the coming weeks. These relocations are required to accommodate indented parking plans.
