Daniel Andrews has once again put the demands of the UFU ahead of community safety by installing Peter Marshall's mate and unionist Ken Block as Victoria's new fire chief.
Peter Marshall was irate when Dan Stephens from the UK got the role ahead of his recommendation last year, and now we see the Andrews Labor Government force out a well-respected leader whose only mistake appears to be placing community safety ahead of union demands.
Daniel Andrews should come clean and tell Victorians what dirt Peter Marshall has over him that he was willing to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars pushing out a man that union boss Peter Marshall didn't want and replacing him with Ken Block, a unionist from Canada.
