Bayside Council will launch an upgraded Bayside Waste Services app at Project Planet on 17 October 2026, making it easier for residents to access waste services, submit requests and track their progress.
The upgraded app makes it easier residents to lodge requests online, receive automated updates, and track requests through to completion.
The upgraded Bayside Waste Services app has an improved look and feel while continuing to provide collection information, recycling advice and online service requests.
Council launched the Bayside Waste Services app in 2017, earning Highly Commended recognition in the Sustainable Projects category at the 2018 Keep Australia Beautiful NSW Sustainable Cities Awards.
The new waste self-service portal and upgraded Bayside Waste Services app will be launched at Project Planet on 17 October 2026.
Residents can upgrade their existing app or download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
