Bayside Seniors Festival Celebrates Creativity and Connection

Celebrate the creativity, stories and contributions of older people through two free arts experiences as part of the Bayside Healthy Ageing Seniors Festival this October.

Artists in Residence showcases work created by residents of local aged care homes and members of Bayside Care and Support's Social Support Program during workshops with local artist Kerry Evitts.

The exhibition celebrates self-expression, connection and wellbeing, and is open from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday throughout October in the Bayside City Council Corporate Centre foyer.

At Billilla Mansion, the Melbourne Sculpture Biennale 2026: Soft Systems brings large-scale sculpture and site-responsive installations to this significant heritage setting before its refurbishment.

Enjoy artist talks and guided tours designed to spark creativity and conversation.
