Beautifying Hesse St Roundabouts

We take great pride in historical Hesse Street. That's why we're working on a beautifying the Hesse Street roundabouts.

Part of the Hesse Street Revitalisation Plan, this project involves planting new vegetation and flowers on the Hesse St roundabouts, to bring colour, vibrancy and life to the area, all while respecting the height restrictions concerning road safety practicality.

The landscaping will be similar to the roundabouts on Stokes/Mercer St and Stokes/Stevens St, as Council has previously received positive feedback on the greening of these areas. Your feedback is important to us, which is why we're asking for it again. Please let us know your thoughts regarding the Hesse St roundabouts by giving us feedback on the idea. Council will be taking submissions for the next two weeks.
