From 3 February 2022 a person wishing to travel to or from an Aboriginal land/community area which is both within the designated area specified in the determination and in the Northern Land Council region must:

  • complete the unattested declaration on page 2 of this form;
  • be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (two shots); and
  • have taken a rapid antigen test within 24 hours of the proposed travel with a negative result.

This form approved by an Authorised NLC Officer constitutes an exemption provided for by subsection 5(4) of the determination for the person listed below and any person travelling with them. This form and the unattested declaration only needs to be completed by one person within a travelling group; but all members of the group must have taken and received a negative result on a rapid antigen test.
