Wentworth Shire Council advises that contractors will be undertaking bitumen sealing works on the Pooncarie Road, from the Wentworth Tip to Darling View Road, on Thursday 12 June 2025 between 7.30am and 4pm.
Motorists should expect significant delays of up to 30 minutes. Council encourages the use of alternative detours via Fletchers Lake Road where possible.
Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the community for its understanding and cooperation during these important works.
