Blinken will deliver a speech at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) as part of the Brzezinski Lecture Series at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. In recognition of the legacy of Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski as a scholar, policy advisor, and statesman, the Brzezinski Lecture Series brings the world's most preeminent thinkers to Johns Hopkins SAIS to address the growing international challenges of our time.
