Body found at Salisbury South, South Australia

Police are investigating following the discovery of human remains at Salisbury South.

A worker clearing long grass on the vacant block made the discovery just before 2pm today, Monday 24 October and alerted police.

Cheviot Road, Salisbury South has been closed to all traffic while police examine the scene.

Northern District CIB and Major Crime detectives and Forensic Response officers are in attendance.

Further details will be released as the investigation progresses.

Major Crime are investigating.
