At its meeting on Tuesday, 9 September 2025, Council resolved to adopt amendments to Contributions Plan No. 15 – Box Hill Precinct (Amendment No. 7), incorporating amendments required by the nominee of the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces. The Plan will come into force on Monday 15 September 2025.
The amended Contributions Plan is now available for viewing on Council's website at www.thehills.nsw.gov.au/Business-Building/Planning-Guidelines/Development-Contributions. The Plan is also available to view at Council's Administration Centre.
