Boy missing from Liverpool located

A boy missing from Liverpool has been located safe.

The 12-year-old boy was last seen at a home on Memorial Avenue, about 2pm today (Saturday 29 October 2022).

When he could not be located, concerned family members contacted officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command, who have commenced a search of the area with the assistance of the Dog Squad and PolAir.

Following a public appeal and a search of the area, police located the boy safe and well at Richmond Railway Station about 4.10pm. He will be reunited with his family.

Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.
