Boy missing from South West Sydney, police appeal

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from Sydney's South West.

Michael Fomai, aged 13, was last seen on Broomfield Street, Cabramatta, about 10pm yesterday (Thursday 18 May 2023).

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare due to his young age.

Michael is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, about 160-165cm tall, of thin build with a black mullet-style haircut.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a New Zealand rugby design, black pants and white "TN" style joggers.

Michael is known to frequent the Cabramatta and Bonnyrigg areas and may be using public transport.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
