The Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC) is proud to continue its strong partnership with the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) to support the next generation of building professionals.
In 2025, BPC sponsored five Regional Apprentice of the Year Awards and the State Apprentice of the Year Award, celebrating the achievements of apprentices across Victoria. With more than 1,800 attendees expected across these events, this sponsorship provides an important opportunity to recognise emerging talent and highlight the value of becoming a registered building practitioner.
Beyond the awards, BPC is also sponsoring five of MBAV's local networking events in Traralgon, Geelong, Wodonga, Wonthaggi and Ballarat. These events bring practitioners together, offering opportunities to connect, share knowledge, and strengthen the building industry community across metropolitan and regional Victoria.
Through these initiatives, BPC continues to build visibility, foster industry trust, and guide apprentices and practitioners on their journey to registration — opening doors to credibility, recognition and future career opportunities.
