Breach of privacy charges, Biggera Waters

Police have charged a 30-year-old man after he allegedly filmed women in changing rooms at a clothing store in a Biggera Waters shopping complex this morning, Queensland Police say.

It will be alleged a man inappropriately filmed three women while they were trying on clothes between 10.30am and 12pm.

Staff at the retail store alerted security who detained the man until police arrived.

A 30-year-old Biggera Waters man was charged with three counts of making recordings in breach of privacy and is due to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on June 18.

Investigators are yet to identify the victims involved and are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incidents to contact police.
