Police have charged a teen in relation to the break and enter of a chemist at Robina in the early hours of this morning (June 10).
Officers were called to Cheltenham Drive around 3.45am following reports that two people had forced entry to the chemist by breaking the front glass window.
Police attended the scene and arrested a 17-year-old boy. A second male fled on foot.
Officers seized a white 2012 Lexus IS250 sedan parked at the front of the business.
A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly located stolen medication from the chemist inside.
The Lexus had been reported stolen from Grandview Street at Kuraby around 1.40am on June 6.
A 17-year-old Mount Warren Park boy has now been charged with one count each of enter premises and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He is scheduled to appear at the Southport Children's Court this afternoon (June 10).
