Break And Enter, Upper Coomera

Police are investigating the robbery of a tobacconist in Upper Coomera overnight.

At 4am today, March 16, police were called to the Reserve Road business following reports a vehicle had been used to force entry through the front of the shop.

An ATM was then chained to the white utility and removed from the address.

The vehicle was last seen heading west up Oxenford Tamborine Road.

At 5am today, the vehicle was located on fire at Jourdana Drive in Cedar Creek.

Investigations are ongoing to locate the people involved.
